You can take their weekly schedules, that is centered around holidays, events, special birthdays, etc., or just go with one of their themes (i.e. weather, animals, etc.) This would be a great book for someone who watches more than one child, to get ideas for centers and field trips. ...more

I am a stay at home mom of a 2 year old and a 3 year old, and was anxious to get some good ideas for teaching with projects to reinforce--this book will be great for that. I am, however, disappointed that under the "Holidays" section, none of the major holidays are covered. I was hoping to get some good seasonal ideas. I read a review in which someone mentioned something for the "Third week in November"...logically, one would assume Thanksgiving would be covered in the section (atleast I did).
